This single-tenant masonry structure with a metal roof was completed in July of 2008. It is occupied by the Washington State Liquor and Control Board and is accessible from 15th Avenue NE. The adjacent lot to the West is currently under development by the same ownership with plans for a 65 unit apartment complex.
