| The Valhalla Mixed Use Project was designed for an 80,000 square foot site along Edmonds Way in Edmonds, Washington. The site was to contain 25 Town Homes, 25 Apartment Flats and 9,500 square feet of office space. The development was to use green technologies and an energy-efficient design. Exterior courtyards, garage doors concealed from main streets, and extensive landscaping were to refine its visage of new urban architecture. |
